Afterwards, Pepper worked inside of AOL as the manager of SHOUTcast, an Internet streaming audio service, and wrote the software along with Stephen "Tag" Loomis and Frankel, before leaving in October, 2004. Pepper then worked on development at RAZZ, Inc. He continues to collaborate with Frankel on independent projects like Ninjam.
